How I Can Help You
Born and raised in Japan, I moved to the U.S in 2013, where I faced many struggles of stress, depression, and confusion because of the homesickness, and a feeling of identity loss. It was at this time I found yoga. Through this practice of yoga and mindfulness, I feel as if I've made myself as a strong individual. This led me to the belief that finding your center can help rehabilitate all these notions of disconnectedness and unbalance. I find evidence of progress in my other interests as well, such as rock climbing and slack-lining and being in the nature. The benefit of flexibility and strength gain through the practice of yoga and mindfulness is unquestionable in my mind.
I also value finding your authentic self and I look to help your growth through finding one's center. This is where I get my passion to share what I've learned with others. Included but not limited to being a yoga instructor I also teach; meditation, mindfulness, and bilingual instruction. In these practices I teach, we can be the best version of ourselves together and keep growing.
